Vets Get Free Solar Installation Training
Veterans receive training for future jobs.
With the current economic climate and the return of many new veterans, jobs are difficult to come by. Â Unemployment rates for veterans are 50% higher than the average.
NexGen Construction, US Vets and Rich Hessler Business Development teamed up to host and train veterans to do solar installation. The veterans receive a week of hands-on training to become solar installers.
“I see heroes, I really do. I see heroes and they need to be greeted with a hero’s welcome when they come back home,” said Helgeson.
